O PCA ou Programa de Conservação Auditiva é o conjunto de ações que preservam a saúde auditiva do trabalhador exposto ao ruído. Assim, devem ser ações continuas que envolvem desde medidas de proteção coletiva e individual a exames e monitoramento.
E quando é que devemos elaborar o PCA?
Sempre que o ruído identificado for acima dos níveis e ações no ambiente de trabalho, segundo a legislação os trabalhadores contratados CLT expostos ao ruído acima de 85dB devem ser monitorados através de exames como audiometrias, assim como medidas de proteção coletiva e o uso do EPI para atenuar o risco ocupacional. Assim, o PCA deve ser integrado junto ao PCMSO e ao PGR.
